Position Summary

The Client Success Specialist acts as a crucial liaison between the agency and our auto shop clients. This role ensures clients receive exceptional service, understand the value of their marketing investment, and stay informed, confident, and supported. Your mission is to transform satisfied clients into loyal, long-term partners who are thrilled with their results.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for auto shop owners and managers.
• Manage and streamline client communication across email, calls, and Zoom.
• Advocate for client needs and ensure internal teams understand client goals.
• Translate marketing insights, metrics, and technical details into clear language.
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication to prevent client uncertainty.
• Support onboarding of new auto shop clients.
• Track client performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or customer success role.

1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or demonstrated exposure to digital marketing principles and practices.
