Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and personalized communication
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and identifying their needs
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Manage client accounts by accurately entering data, updating records, and tracking interactions using Microsoft Office tools
- Assist clients with product or service selections, ensuring their requirements are met effectively
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve collective sales targets
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse client bases
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of outbound calling and client acquisition
- Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances communication effectiveness
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data entry and analysis
- Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for engaging clients confidently
- Experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong analysis skills to interpret client data, identify opportunities, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Ability to handle cash or process payments accurately when required
- Fast typing skills for efficient documentation and correspondence
