As a startup, we're looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to help build our brand, grow our audience, and drive memberships, event attendance, and community engagement from the ground up.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys creating content, and can execute both strategy and day-to-day marketing initiatives.

This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, growing our online presence, generating leads, and creating excitement around our lounge, classes, events, and community offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Develop and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Create engaging photo, video, and short-form content
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Capture content during events, classes, and special promotions
• Grow audience engagement and community interaction

Email Marketing

• Build and manage email campaigns and newsletters
• Develop automated email sequences for new members and event attendees
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

Digital Advertising

• Create and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns
• Monitor performance and optimize ad spend
• Generate leads for memberships, lessons, leagues, and events

Community & Partnership Marketing

• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Coordinate cross-promotional partnerships
• Support influencer and ambassador programs
• Promote special events and community initiatives
