About the Opportunity
Dealers Resource Center is looking for a motivated, organized, and growth-minded Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our dealer and agent network.
This is a unique role combining business development, dealer onboarding, CRM management, marketing, training, and relationship building. The right person will be comfortable managing detailed processes while also taking initiative to generate new opportunities and help our partners succeed.

What You Will DoBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new dealer and agent opportunities
- Schedule qualified appointments for company leadership
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels
- Reengage inactive dealers and help restore production
- Follow up with leads generated through conferences, marketing campaigns, and website inquiries
- Build relationships with dealers, agents, and industry partners
Dealer and Agent Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new dealers and agents
- Collect agreements, W-9s, and required documentation
- Coordinate account setup, login access, training, and launch activities
- Guide new partners through their first several months with the company
- Track onboarding milestones and help dealers reach their first contract quickly
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate dealer, agent, and prospect information in HubSpot
- Manage sales pipelines, notes, tasks, and follow-up activities
- Route and assign inbound leads
- Monitor opportunities and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Help leadership maintain visibility into sales and onboarding activity
Marketing and Communications
- Create and distribute company newsletters and email campaigns
- Assist with social media content, blogs, and digital marketing
- Coordinate dealer success stories, interviews, and promotional content
- Support conference and event marketing
- Help create sales materials, training resources, and onboarding content
Training and Partner Engagement
- Coordinate virtual training sessions and webinars
- Develop engaging training activities and partner resources
- Assist agents and dealers with product knowledge and sales support
- Help improve dealer engagement and long-term production
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales support, marketing, account management, or a related role
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, sales professionals, and company leadership
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated and productive in a remote work environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email marketing, social media, and online collaboration tools
Automotive, dealership, finance and insurance, warranty, or vehicle service contract experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience
- Performance-based monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
- Total annual earning potential of up to $100,000
- Bonus eligibility based on business development, dealer activation, marketing, onboarding, and performance goals

Work Schedule and Travel
This is a full-time, exempt, remote position with a standard business-hours schedule. Limited after-hours availability may occasionally be needed.
Occasional travel is required for conferences, company meetings, dealer visits, and industry events. Travel is expected to be less than 20% annually.
Growth Opportunity
Successful performance in this position may lead to advancement into a Business Development & Marketing Manager role with expanded leadership responsibilities.
