Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and campaign execution focused on the contractor/dealer channel. The B2B Marketing Manager will be tasked with increasing revenue by growing our customer base as well as improving lifetime value and overall contribution from current customers. This role will own acquisition and retention marketing strategies and campaigns across email, content, and digital channels in collaboration with the Commercial Marketing Manager and Brand Manager.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Vandalia, Ohio. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, programmatic, content, and paid support)
• Manage campaign calendars, creative timelines, and cross-team coordination
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Demand Generation

• Drive inbound lead generation through:
• Website forms and landing pages
• Content marketing
• Campaign-driven promotions
• Social media
• Programmatic
• Email
• Direct Mail
• Any other channel deemed necessary
• Partner with internal teams to scale both organic and paid growth initiatives
• Develop and execute retention and reactivation marketing campaigns designed to increase dealer engagement, encourage repeat purchases, and reactivate inactive dealer accounts
