Key Responsibilities

• Territory Engagement: Conduct face-to-face outreach in residential neighborhoods across the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.
• Lead Generation: Engage homeowners professionally to discuss their exterior restoration needs (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and decks).
• Appointment Setting: Identify qualified prospects and successfully schedule property consultations for our dedicated sales team.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize field tracking applications to accurately log property data, appointment details, and homeowner insights.
• Schedule Ownership: Strategically manage your own calendar and daily routes to consistently meet and exceed your personal financial goals.
