LockedIn AI is a fast-growing AI startup. Our UGC creator program is scaling quickly toward 300M views/month, with a team of creator-facing leads and 85+ creators producing short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.

The Role

Run LockedIn AI's entire UGC creator program day-to-day (the people, the content pipeline, the numbers) so the founders only approve direction and ideas. You are the operator who keeps the whole machine moving. Right now the founders run the day-to-day; we want one sharp, organized person to own that operating layer and grow into fully managing the program. If you execute, this becomes a full-time leadership seat with equity.

What You'll Own

Run the operating rhythm: lead the weekly planning meeting (review the numbers, set priorities, assign owners and due dates), keep the task board moving every day, and send a weekly recap to the founders.

Coordinate the team: keep content/training, performance/quality, payments/ops, and creator acquisition on track by unblocking the leads and holding the standards; make sure approved content formats get produced, trained, tested, and rotated.

Own the numbers: track creators in/out, active posting, and views against the goal; spot problems early and fix or escalate; turn data into decisions.

Drive growth: keep the creator funnel full and the best formats scaling; help roll out our in-house creator platform.

The Path: Intern to Full-Time

Start by learning the system and taking over the weekly rhythm and reporting. Grow by progressively taking the program off the founders' plate. Convert to full-time (with equity) when the founders only need to approve ideas and direction.
