Team Manager at Marketing Agency

Select Advisors Institute is an established marketing, branding, and sales training agency based in Irvine, California. Since 2014, we've helped businesses across the country grow, improve their marketing, increase sales, and build stronger relationships with their customers.

We're expanding our team and looking for a few confident, outgoing, and creative Team Managers who enjoy working with people, sharing ideas, and helping everyone work together successfully.

Your Job Will Include

• Joining us in client meetings, participating in discussions, and helping create a great experience for our clients.
• Helping our team get the answers, information, and direction they need to complete projects successfully.
• Reviewing social media posts, marketing materials, websites, and other creative projects and sharing your ideas and feedback.
• Brainstorming new ideas for marketing campaigns, branding, and business growth.
• Communicating with clients, answering questions, and following up on requests.
• Helping coordinate projects and making sure everyone is working together effectively.
• Leading conversations, sharing recommendations, and helping move projects forward.
• Working closely with our team to make sure our clients receive excellent service.

• Someone who enjoys working with a team and helping others succeed.

Position Details

• 100% remote
• Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week
• Flexible working environment with availability during Pacific Time business hours
• Opportunity to work with an established company and a variety of businesses across the country
