Social Media Manager (Remote, South Carolina)

Guy and Associates is a rapidly growing virtual assistance firm specializing in high-level support for small businesses! We help our clients streamline operations, manage workloads, and grow their businesses through exceptional administrative support.

As we grow, we’re expanding our social media services, and we need a creative pro who can make any industry fun to follow, even the “boring” ones.

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to run multiple client social media accounts from start to finish. You’ll plan, create, schedule, and optimize content that gets attention and builds real engagement. You’ll work independently, bring fresh ideas to the table, and know how to turn a dull topic into scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across platforms
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that stand out in the feed
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and copy in each client’s brand voice
• Plan and maintain content calendars
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, tools, and strategies, and put them to work
• Engage with audiences and respond to comments and messages
• Track performance and report on results, using analytics to refine your strategy

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of professional social media management experience
• A portfolio or examples of accounts you’ve managed or grown
• Strong creative vision and the ability to make “boring” industries fun
• The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines without close supervision
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media tools, scheduling platforms, and marketing strategies
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Comfort managing several accounts and priorities at once
• Residency in South Carolina (required for this remote position)

Nice to Have

• Experience tracking KPIs and using analytics to guide strategy
• Experience with design or video tools such as Canva or CapCut
