We are an established, growing service company seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and expand our online presence across multiple business brands.

Responsibilities include

• Creating, organizing, and maintaining Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, YouTube, and other business profiles.
• Developing engaging content, including videos, photos, and social media posts.
• Contacting customers to obtain feedback and request reviews.
• Managing online reviews and helping strengthen our company's reputation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our online visibility.
• Maintaining a daily spreadsheet documenting completed work, accomplishments, and upcoming goals.

What We're Looking For

We need a serious, dependable professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities. This is not simply a position for posting occasional TikTok videos or basic social media content.

You must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to commit to a consistent weekly work schedule. Hours are very flexible, but accountability, communication, and measurable progress are essential.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide daily progress reports.
• Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule.
