Job Description
About The Team
This is an in-house role for a family of brands built around two influential Los Angeles attorneys and the communities they've grown.
The pace is fast and the energy is fun. This role is perfect for a creative who loves making content that’s equal parts entertaining and educational, and who can turn legal know-how into posts people actually want to watch, save and share.
The role
This is a flexible hybrid role that can require up to 2 days a week in office.
You’ll own the social presence across multiple accounts. You’ll often adapt and cross-post content between brands while keeping each one’s voice distinct.
You will be responsible for creating monthly editorial calendars and daily content for multiple accounts. This is a hands-on seat: you plan it, make it, publish it and report on it.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets the overall marketing strategy. You run social day to day: what goes where, when, and how it's cross-posted. From time to time you'll get priorities to work into the calendar, and you'll get sign-off on each month's plan.
While the first 30 days there will be some oversight and feedback to ensure brand alignment, this is not a role where someone approves every post.
What you'll do
- Manage social media across multiple accounts (business accounts + 2 personal brands)
- Build a monthly content strategy and editorial calendar for each brand
- Source raw material from owners and team to keep the pipeline moving
- Pitch creative concepts, recurring series and timely ideas
- Follow each brand's guidelines: colors, fonts, logos, tone and visual style
- Edit raw clips into in-feed Reels and Shorts via CapCut
- Design graphics, carousels, Story frames and promo assets in Canva
- Strategically tag and collabs with sister accounts
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Run cross-posting between the firm accounts and personal brand accounts, tailored to each
- Capture occasional behind-the-scenes and team moments
- Ability to turn around same day requests when needed
- Develop social media content marketing plans; write, proofread, photograph, and edit graphics and video.
- Manage publishing with scheduling tools such as Metricool or SproutSocial
- Monitor social listening and community conversations
- Apply SEO and keyword research to content, then track social media analytics, Google Analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics.
- Use performance insights to improve relevant content, helping audiences find useful information and engage with the brand
- Manage comments and DMs during engagement windows
- Flag strong comments as content ideas and escalate inquiries to the right person
- Share a monthly snapshot of what worked, what didn't and what to test next
- Deliver a quarterly performance report per brand

- Experience working within brand guidelines and keeping multiple brands consistent
- Sharp copywriting: hooks, captions and calls to action
- Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook, and how each one behaves differently
- Ghostwriting in someone else's voice
- Highly organized, comfortable with fast turnarounds and changing priorities
- A portfolio showing work you personally made
