In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing engaging social media content that resonates with diverse audiences while engage in outreach to the intake surrogate & egg donor leads. Your energetic approach will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling. Duties

• Develop, curate, and publish compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, utilizing graphic design and video editing skills.
• Be able to include yourself in the video for content creation.
• Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement, and optimize content performance.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Call incoming surrogate & egg donor leads to monitor engagement.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and media performance analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing; ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
