This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategy into action—someone who not only executes marketing campaigns, but thinks critically about how the work gets done, how it can be improved, and how it drives results.

As a Marketing Manager at Company 119, you will play a key role in owning delivery outcomes across a portfolio of clients. Working closely with Strategic Advisors, you will translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, coordinate resources, and personally contribute to the production of campaigns across multiple channels.

Additionally, you will be an active contributor in client communication—providing updates, surfacing insights, and offering tactical recommendations that help refine and strengthen overall strategy.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead on:

• Delivery Ownership & Execution Leadership: Owning the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across a pod of clients, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget and is aligned with strategic goals.
• Strategy Translation & Execution Planning: Translating high-level marketing strategies into clear, actionable plans—defining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
• Hands-On Campaign Execution: Actively contributing to the production of campaigns across channels and ensuring work moves forward efficiently without bottlenecks.
