Sales & Marketing Associate (U.S.) — Job Description

Position Summary ： The Sales & Marketing Associate provides day-to-day sales and marketing support to the U.S. team, working directly under the Sales & Marketing Director. This is a generalist role for the company's early-stage U.S. operation: the Associate takes ownership of prospect research, sales administration, CRM data integrity, and marketing coordination, freeing up senior team members to focus on strategy and deal closing. The role suits a detail-oriented, proactive learner who can wear multiple hats in a fast-growing environment.

Sales Support ： Build and maintain prospect lists; conduct initial prospecting and outreach to potential customers

Support quoting, order processing, and follow-up on customer inquiries

Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with prospects and customers

Support the Director on sales activities, account preparation, and pipeline execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
