Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant (CMO-Level) with a strong background in the hospitality industry. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and organizing the entire marketing function, developing growth strategies, establishing KPIs, and driving revenue growth across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead marketing initiatives, manage marketing teams, identify growth opportunities, and create scalable systems that support long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company's overall marketing strategy
- Build and organize the entire marketing department structure
- Lead SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, PR, and Social Media initiatives
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
- Establish KPIs, reporting systems, and performance metrics
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment
- Develop marketing systems, processes, and execution frameworks
- Work closely with company leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate internal and external marketing teams
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or Marketing Consultant
- Proven hospitality industry experience required
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, social media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Experience building and managing marketing teams
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
