Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant (CMO-Level) with a strong background in the hospitality industry. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and organizing the entire marketing function, developing growth strategies, establishing KPIs, and driving revenue growth across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead marketing initiatives, manage marketing teams, identify growth opportunities, and create scalable systems that support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the company's overall marketing strategy
  • Build and organize the entire marketing department structure
  • Lead SEO, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, PR, and Social Media initiatives
  • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans
  • Establish KPIs, reporting systems, and performance metrics
  • Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment
  • Develop marketing systems, processes, and execution frameworks
  • Work closely with company leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate internal and external marketing teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or Marketing Consultant
  • Proven hospitality industry experience required
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue, customer acquisition, and brand awareness
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Advertising, social media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Experience building and managing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
