We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional with residential real estate experience to become an integral part of our established luxury real estate brand entering an exciting new phase of growth.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving problems, managing projects, and contributing ideas—not simply completing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate listings and transactions while working alongside our outside Transaction Coordinator. Manage day-to-day operations, timelines, and company projects. Oversee and delegate work to our virtual assistants. Coordinate marketing initiatives, vendors, and branding projects. Help improve workflows through technology, AI, and automation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the continued growth of the company.

Qualifications

Residential real estate experience required. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and project management skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and AI tools. Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-oriented. Takes ownership, thinks ahead, and contributes ideas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
