POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a Product Marketing & Training Manager with a growth mindset, deep expertise in training, commercialization, and cross-functional leadership. This role will own the strategy and execution of program and product messaging, internal and external training programs, and student participation strategies—ensuring teams are fully equipped to drive product and program adoption, retention, and strong overall outcome performance.

Working across Product, Programming, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Account Management, you will play a central role in how our products and programs are communicated and scaled. This position requires strong higher education and financial acumen, including experience managing P&L, optimizing product and program performance, and supporting data-driven decision making that drives positive student experiences and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

*Product Marketing (40%)*

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product and program launches, enhancements, and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging based on customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Create and manage content such as solution briefs, customer stories, datasheets, landing pages, FAQs, explainer videos, and thought- leadership.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate technical features into compelling value for students and universities.
  • Support demand generation with high-impact messaging aligned to API mission and student participation priorities.

*Training & Enablement Programs (30%)*

  • Own the strategy, design, and execution of onboarding and continuous learning for internal teams and external partners.
