We're a fast-growing, mission-driven team looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story.

About the Role

We're looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across content creation, digital advertising, and communications. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for meaningful, flexible part-time work - including students balancing coursework.

• Schedule: ~20 hours/week, primarily mornings (8:00 AM–12:00 PM), Monday–Friday. Some flexibility available for student schedules.
• Location: Hybrid; based in Jonesboro, AR, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
• Pay: Starting at $14/hour

What You'll Do

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write and design digital ads for both B2B (senior living communities, healthcare partners) and B2C (patients and families) audiences
• Draft and distribute email newsletters to internal and external audiences
• Write articles, blog posts, and other written content that supports our brand and educates our audience
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including flyers, one-pagers, and partnership materials
• Assist with brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Track engagement metrics and help identify what's resonating with our audience
• Collaborate with the leadership team on campaigns, product launches, and partnership initiatives
• Support event or community outreach marketing needs as they arise

What We're Looking For
