We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our brand, create engaging content, and generate qualified remodeling leads.

This is not a position for someone who simply wants to make social media posts.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn attention into conversations, conversations into consultations, and consultations into clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish content
• Edit reels, short-form videos, and project highlights
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Create lead magnets, guides, checklists, and downloadable resources
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Set up simple marketing automations and follow-up systems
• Help grow and manage our homeowner email list
• Track marketing performance and lead generation metrics
• Work directly with the owner to capture project stories, remodeling tips, and educational content
• Repurpose project photography and videos into multiple content formats

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with Canva
• Experience editing reels and short-form video
• Understanding of email marketing
• Organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision
