Renew Podiatry is a growing practice in Orange, CA serving patients across Orange County with comprehensive foot and ankle care, specializing in Regenerative Medicine including lasers and EPAT/ shockwave therapy

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a part-time Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to own two core functions: building physician referral relationships through in-person office visits and managing our social media presence. This is a relationship-first, hands-on role — ideal for someone who is energized by getting out in the community and executing a consistent weekly plan independently.

This is NOT a fully remote role. In-person physician office visits are a required weekly activity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Visit referring physician offices in person 2x per week (8+ visits/month) — primary care, endocrinology, internal medicine, orthopedics
• Build and maintain referral relationships with office managers and physicians throughout OC
• Create and schedule 3 social media posts per week (Instagram, Facebook) using Canva and provided templates
• Manage our Google Business profile — weekly posts, photo uploads, review responses
• Maintain a referral tracker and deliver a simple monthly marketing summary

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of marketing, communications, sales, or outreach experience
• Genuinely enthusiastic about in-person relationship-building — not just willing to do it
• Comfortable with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business
• Local to Orange County — able to commute to Orange, CA and travel to OC physician offices
• Self-starter who can manage a weekly schedule without daily check-ins
• Healthcare, dental, or medical office experience a plus but not required
• Background in field marketing, brand activations, or in-person outreach a plus
