About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our paid search and paid social offering in the multifamily housing space. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and the PPC team to translate client and business goals into smart strategies, prioritize work across accounts, and make sure our campaigns and processes consistently deliver measurable results for our properties.
This is a strategic role. You’ll spend more time shaping the product, roadmap, and client-level strategies and less time doing repetitive campaign maintenance. You’ll also help us get the most out of tools like Asana and AI to make our work smarter, faster, and more consistent.
