Background
We’re a three-person team supporting artists, makers, and creative entrepreneurs through strategy, operations, and marketing. We’re entering a period of growth, with plans to scale our work across both B2B and B2C channels. As our workload increases, we’re looking to expand our capacity with a part-time intern who can support us across marketing and operations.
This is a chance to join a small but high-performing team working at a professional level while working within a smaller business. You’ll gain exposure to many aspects of running and scaling a business, while also having the flexibility to balance your own school and professional commitments.
About The Role
The Marketing & Operations Intern will work across our marketing and operations functions, helping to keep projects moving and ideas executed. You’ll contribute to research, planning, content support, and day-to-day operational tasks. Some weeks will lean more toward marketing (social media scheduling, content support, light design in Canva), while others may focus more on operations (organizing databases, pulling reports, research projects).
You’ll work closely with our team, get hands-on experience with the tools we use (like Notion, Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and Slack), and help us build capacity as we grow. This is a flexible role with meaningful responsibility—perfect for someone eager to learn and ready to dive into different projects.
About The Candidate
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person who’s excited to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable multitasking. You don’t need to know everything coming in—we’ll train you—but you should be ready to take initiative, work independently, and bring your own ideas to the table.
You might be a good fit if you are
- A current student or recent graduate looking for real-world experience
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Highly responsible and responsive in work environments
- Resourceful in research and problem solving
- Comfortable writing short reports and summaries
- A clear communicator who’s not afraid to ask questions
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Workspace, or Slack (nice to have, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Support marketing content creation and scheduling
- Assist in operations tasks (archiving, organizing, database updates)
- Conduct research projects (legion, podcasts, PR/influencers, markets, etc.)
- Help manage and resurface community/co-op content
- Provide editorial support by remixing past content into usable assets
- Build and maintain databases
- Light design/asset creation
