Summary

The Marketing Manager is a technically skilled, data-driven individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns that support ACS programs, products, member engagement, and strategic initiatives. This role owns end-to-end email and newsletter marketing, from design and layout in Stripo and Marketo through segmentation, testing, and performance analysis, while also contributing meaningfully to performance marketing, paid digital channels, and broader integrated campaign strategy.

The Marketing Manager will apply strong analytical capabilities and AI fluency to surface actionable insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across audiences including members, prospective members, and myriad internal and external partners.
