Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Growth Lead who treats growth initiatives like a business they own, not a function they support. This role is for an entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and executes relentlessly. You will take loosely defined growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results, owning initiatives end to end.

Most projects will not come with a roadmap. You will be given a goal or concept and expected to independently define the strategy, build the plan, execute across channels, and iterate based on both qualitative and quantitative results. You are fully accountable for execution and outcomes. You will leverage teams and resources across the company—including creative, studio, product, and leadership—to drive work forward. You will also have access to a shared studio to rapidly produce, test, and execute content and projects.
