Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Intern to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in public relations, marketing, branding, content creation, and digital communications.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, comfortable using AI tools, and enjoys working on a variety of creative and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

You will assist with

• Email communications
• Researching media contacts and formatting press distribution lists
• Updating and maintaining CRM databases
• Making basic website content updates (WordPress)
• Conducting research
• Assisting with event planning and coordination
• Supporting client projects as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in English, Art History, Environmental Studies, Creative Writing, or a related field
• Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
• Ability to work independently
