LED Lighting Part-Time Technical Product Marketer

Job Description

We need a part-time, freelance Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for short-term, bite-sized content tasks. Your goal is to work in parallel with our lead Product Manager to speed up our launch timelines.

You must have deep experience in the LED lighting industry. We need someone who understands both LED tape light (linear) and complete fixtures/luminaires.

A pure technical writer will not work. You must have true Product Management or Product Marketing experience. You need to look at a raw ODM data sheet (just numbers, specs, and drawings) and pull out the product story on your own.

Ongoing tasks will include

• Technical data sheets
• Sales collateral and feature/benefit lists
• Competitive comparison charts
• Presentation slides and webinar content

Requirements

• Proven PM or PMM experience in the LED lighting industry.
• Deep knowledge of LED tape light, drivers, extrusions, and luminaires.
• Ability to translate raw technical specs into clear B2B value propositions without needing to be spoon-fed content.
