Junior Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

$18–25/hour depending on experience

We're looking for a curious, organized, hospitality-minded person to help us grow our restaurants and community.

This is an entry-level marketing role with real responsibility and room to grow. You'll work directly with leadership on projects that connect our restaurants to guests both online and in the real world.

You should have some basic social media experience. You do need to be someone who enjoys learning, pays attention to details, communicates well, and genuinely cares about people.

What You'll Be Working On

• Social media scheduling and community engagement
• Responding to guest reviews and feedback
• Supporting email marketing and guest database projects
• Engaging in neighborhood and online communities
• Coordinating with photographers, content creators, and influencers
• Assisting with restaurant events and promotions
• Helping organize marketing calendars and projects
• Supporting loyalty, guest feedback, and relationship-building initiatives

Bonus Skills

Not required, but we'd love to see experience with:

• Photography
• Video editing
• Canva
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Email marketing platforms
• Hospitality or restaurant experience
• Writing and storytelling
