This is not a traditional salaried or hourly position. This is a performance-based opportunity for professionals who want to build a business coaching and advisory practice using a proven system, proprietary software, full training, mentorship, and an 800 plus coach community behind you.

You bring the sales experience and the entrepreneurial drive. We provide everything else.

We work with small and mid-sized business owners helping them increase profitability, streamline operations, strengthen leadership, and accelerate growth. Our advisors become trusted strategic partners to their clients, not vendors.

You do not need to be taught how to sell. You need a proven system worth selling and clients worth serving.

What You Will Do

Prospect and build relationships with small and mid-sized business owners Conduct discovery conversations and identify growth opportunities Present advisory solutions using a proven sales process Manage your pipeline and client relationships through CRM Support client onboarding and long-term account growth Execute business development and lead generation activities

Who We Are Looking For

Background in payroll, employee benefits, business insurance, workers compensation, HR services, consulting, or B2B sales Experience with ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Insperity, Aflac, Colonial Life, or similar organizations is a strong plus Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and personal accountability Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with business owners Coachable and willing to follow a system that is already working

Ideal Background Includes

Insurance sales — life, health, commercial, or supplemental Payroll and HR sales — ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Rippling, Paylocity, or similar Employee benefits brokerage or advisory Business banking or commercial lending B2B technology or SaaS sales to small businesses Staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions Commercial real estate or business brokerage Financial planning or wealth management

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity. Successful advisors typically generate between $50,000 and $150,000 or more in their first year. Income compounds as your client base grows. No earnings cap. This is a remote contract role-independent contractor opportunity.
