Head of Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a head of sales and marketing to own the demand generation for Sonlight Window Cleaning. We are a residential and commercial window cleaning company that is quickly and aggressively growing to multiple states. We need someone in this position to lead and manager the sales, marketing, and office teams across multiple cities and states.

Responsibilities

• Build a demand engine that is scalable nationwide for this company. This requires building a marketing and sales system to bring leads in, and close them onto the schedule.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage the sales team to work inbound leads. Also integrating AI and automations to make this process automated and more efficient.
• Lead, motivate, and manage office and marketing teams to achieve aggressive targets.
• Create, edit, and manage advertisements primarily on Meta. You will need to have a deep understanding of Meta ads for this position.
• Track sales and marketing metrics to hit key benchmarks daily (more specifics on these metrics in the interview)
• Bridge the gap in connection between the marketing, sales, and office teams. You will be every office workers direct report, and will be responsible for their individual performance.

Experience

• Proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams within a high volume, low ticket environment. (Preferably home service experience)
• Experience with AI tools, primarily Claude Code.
• Experience creating, testing, and scaling ads profitably on Meta.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams involved in sales, marketing, office management, and customer service.
• Experience with advertising on social media platforms. Primarily Meta and Google.

We are looking for someone who will fit in our culture of aggressive growth and expansion. This will typically require working into the evening as well as on weekends.
