Part-Time Head of Marketing/Administrative Assistant

Main Street Counseling is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support marketing, community outreach, and practice growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and interested in helping a mission-driven mental health practice expand its reach and impact.

$20/hour to start | Flexible Hours

Position Overview

This position focuses on supporting digital marketing efforts, growing community visibility, and assisting with partnership development to increase referrals, contracts, and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Presence

  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives
  • Engage with followers and grow audience presence
  • Track engagement and recommend improvements
  • Support content coordination and brand consistencyCommunity Outreach
  • Conduct outreach to local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers
  • Schedule and participate in phone or virtual meetings
  • Help develop referral relationships
  • Maintain contact databases and follow-upsGrowth & Partnerships
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities
  • Assist in setting up collaborations and referral agreements
  • Support initiatives that increase leads and clienteleQualifications
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools
  • Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent a mental health practice appropriatelyExperience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or community outreach is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moorestown, NJ 08057
