Part-Time Head of Marketing/Administrative Assistant
Main Street Counseling is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support marketing, community outreach, and practice growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and interested in helping a mission-driven mental health practice expand its reach and impact.
$20/hour to start | Flexible Hours
Position Overview
This position focuses on supporting digital marketing efforts, growing community visibility, and assisting with partnership development to increase referrals, contracts, and overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Presence
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives
- Engage with followers and grow audience presence
- Track engagement and recommend improvements
- Support content coordination and brand consistencyCommunity Outreach
- Conduct outreach to local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers
- Schedule and participate in phone or virtual meetings
- Help develop referral relationships
- Maintain contact databases and follow-upsGrowth & Partnerships
- Identify potential partnership opportunities
- Assist in setting up collaborations and referral agreements
- Support initiatives that increase leads and clienteleQualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools
- Professional, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent a mental health practice appropriatelyExperience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or community outreach is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moorestown, NJ 08057
