About FullEnrich
---------------------
Every go-to-market motion runs on data, but no single provider has ever had complete coverage. We solve that problem: instead of relying on a single data source, we orchestrate 20+ premium providers around the world, automatically querying them and verifying data in real-time until we find the best available contact information. The result is industry-leading coverage and data quality, helping sales and GTM teams connect with the right people faster.
What started as a better way to find emails and phone numbers has grown into a broader vision: becoming the trusted GTM data infrastructure layer powering modern revenue teams and AI agents. Today, more than 6,000 customers, including companies like AWS, Deel, HubSpot, Clay, Intercom, Unify, and Artisan, trust us to power their prospecting and enrichment.
Founded in Paris and now headquartered in San Francisco, we're a team of 50+ people across the US, Europe, LATAM, and Israel, growing quickly and building with speed, ownership, and ambition. That's where you come in.
The Role
-------------
You'll be joining as our Head of Growth Marketing, reporting directly to our CMO.
FullEnrich is growing rapidly, driven by a strong product-led growth motion and a successful creator program. As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for someone to build and own our growth marketing function, scaling the channels that already work while identifying new opportunities to reach and convert high-value customers.
You'll take ownership of our acquisition strategy and performance, from paid marketing and organic growth to website conversion and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. Working with a dedicated budget and qualified signup targets, you'll be responsible for building the forecasts, experiments, and processes needed to drive efficient, sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll initially be both the strategist and the executor. You'll manage external agencies and contractors, run experiments, optimize performance, and build the foundations of a scalable growth function. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to shape the team, tools, and processes needed to support the next phase.
You'll work closely with our CMO, Product, Creator, and wider GTM teams, with significant autonomy to test new ideas, challenge existing approaches, and make a measurable impact on FullEnrich's growth.
What You'll Do

Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Own and scale our paid acquisition strategy, growing annual investment toward $1M+ while maintaining efficient cost per qualified signup.
- Manage and optimize paid channels, budgets, creative testing, and agency partnerships, identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale.
- Develop AI-enabled creative production and experimentation processes to increase testing velocity and campaign effectiveness.
Organic Growth & AI Discovery
- Own our organic acquisition strategy across traditional search and emerging AI discovery platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives, working with contractors to drive measurable growth in qualified organic signups.
- Identify and capitalize on changes in search behavior, AI-driven discovery, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
Website Conversion & Optimization
- Own website conversion performance across acquisition channels, ensuring visitors have clear, effective paths to signup.
- Build and manage a structured conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, using experimentation and performance data to improve conversion rates.
- Develop a scalable landing page framework that enables rapid testing and campaign execution across teams.
Growth Experimentation & New Channels
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities, prioritizing experiments based on potential impact, cost, and speed to validate.
- Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, budgets, success criteria, and timelines for scaling or stopping initiatives.
- Leverage existing growth assets, including our creator program and product-led signup funnel, to identify opportunities for outsized returns.
Growth Strategy, Analytics & Team Development
- Own qualified signup targets, acquisition forecasts, and channel performance reporting, ensuring clear visibility into growth efficiency and ROI.
- Improve marketing attribution, measurement, and reporting to support data-driven investment decisions.
- Build the foundations of our growth marketing function, including processes, tools, resource planning, and future hiring as the business scales.
