Growth Lead [Paid Media & Performance Marketing]
We're looking for a Growth Lead with deep Paid Media & Performance Marketing experience to run paid search/social strategy, manage client relationships, support a small team of media buyers, creative and help scale DTC ecommerce brands profitably.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with deep Social & Search Ads experience, strong ecommerce performance knowledge, and the ability to clearly communicate strategy, results, and next steps to clients and guide internal teams to execute on tactical plans.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Paid ad campaigns across Search and Social.
- Own key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, MER, spend, revenue, AOV, and contribution margin.
- Identify scaling opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Lead client calls and present clear performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Build account roadmaps, forecasts, and testing plans.
- Review campaign structure, budgets, pacing, and account hygiene.
- Manage, coach, and support a small team of media buyers and creative support staff.
- Partner with the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing priorities.
- Turn performance data into clear next steps for media buying and creative strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Paid media ad campaigns.
- Experience with DTC ecommerce brands, preferably Shopify-based.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, MER, and contribution margin.
- Client-facing experience and confidence leading strategy conversations.
- Experience with paid social creative strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Availability during standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
