Meta/Google Ads Marketing Specialist About the Role We are seeking an experienced Meta and Google Ads Marketing Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital advertising strategy, client communication, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing account management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working directly with clients to help them achieve measurable growth through paid media. Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Lead onboarding calls with new clients to understand their business, goals, target audience, offers, and advertising needs.
  • Gather required assets, access, tracking details, landing page information, and campaign requirements.
  • Clearly explain the campaign setup process, expectations, timelines, and next steps.
  • Build strong client relationships through professional and consistent communication.

Campaign Setup & Management

  • Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Develop campaign structures based on client goals, including lead generation, sales, traffic, retargeting, and brand awareness.
  • Write and test ad copy, creative angles, audiences, keywords, and campaign strategies.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, events, and basic reporting where applicable.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve results.

Ongoing Client Management

  • Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to review campaign performance, answer questions, and discuss strategy.
  • Provide performance updates, insights, and recommendations in a clear and client-friendly way.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, landing pages, offers, targeting, and creative.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate proactively about performance trends, wins, and challenges.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Review key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Prepare regular reports or performance summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Stay up to date on Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking changes, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable leading client calls and explaining campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
  • Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, local service, or agency accounts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards is a plus.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can balance strategy, execution, and client communication. You should be confident setting up campaigns, reviewing performance data, making optimization decisions, and speaking with clients in a professional and helpful manner. You should be comfortable taking ownership of client ad accounts and proactively finding ways to improve results. Compensation Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
