Position Summary

The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing every aspect of the practice's growth strategy.

This role owns patient acquisition, community engagement, digital marketing, physician outreach, referral growth, event marketing, patient retention campaigns, reputation management, content strategy, marketing automation, and analytics.

This individual reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is expected to own outcomes—not simply complete marketing tasks.

Primary Objective

Your primary responsibility is to generate an average of 15 qualified new patients per month (5 per associate doctor) through diversified marketing channels while maintaining a positive return on investment.
