Now we're looking for a sharp, Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to match our energy online. We're aggressive marketers with a story most companies would kill for, beekeepers who rescue bees, handle emergencies other companies won't touch, and treat every customer like their house is on fire (or full of wasps). Your job: make sure every person in the Valley who searches "bee removal near me" or asks ChatGPT — finds us first. This full-time position pays $60,000–$100,000 per year (DOE) with 100% company-paid health insurance and 19 days of paid time off. Work virtually after completing training at our Phoenix office.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow our SEO strategy, including local search, Google Business Profile optimization, keyword rankings, and content development.
• Turn our story — beekeepers, emergency response, bee-friendly removal — into content that ranks, gets shared, and wins customers.
• Conduct keyword research around high-intent, emergency searches ("wasp nest removal today," "live bee removal Phoenix") where speed and trust win the click.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and whatever comes next) to create content, analyze data, and outpace our competitors.
• Optimize for AI-driven search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT recommendations) so Busy Bee is the answer when people ask who handles bee and wasp emergencies in the Valley.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
