For over 53 years, we’ve been helping Roaring Fork Valley youth and families grow in confidence, belonging, and big-time potential. Now we need a people-oriented person with a database brain to join our amazing team, could that be YOU?

Your days might include

● Keeping our CRM in order

● Running events, auctions, and newsletters

● Coaching high school “Big Buddies” as they mentor younger “Little Buddies” youth

You’re a fit if you are

Organized, reliable, adaptable, values driven, and passionate about youth and families. Nonprofit or youth development experience is a plus.

● $55,000–$65,000 salary per year
