You know your clients' businesses better than their own managers do. So why does your job still look like 40 shallow accounts, back-to-back check-in calls, and a comp plan that pays you like a support rep?
We built this seat for the CSM who's outgrown that: a small book of high-value med spa clients, full ownership from onboarding through scale, and pay tied to the revenue you actually drive — $120K–$150K OTE.
WHO WE ARE
We're a business-ops and marketing agency that works exclusively with medical spas. One offer, one playbook, installed the same way for every client — no custom scopes, no "what does this client want this month." It works: our average client is worth roughly $160K to us over their lifetime, our top two clients have each passed $500K, and we're signing about 3 new spas a month.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The full client lifecycle for roughly 5–12 med spas — contract signed, onboarded, scaled. One owner (you), no handoffs.
- Onboarding end-to-end. The first 90 days are the heavy lift; clients largely run themselves after that.
- The strategic conversations: when a client should hire a salesperson, add a provider, or double their ad budget (our target: doubling every 45 days).
- Sales training: 1-on-1 calls teaching each spa's team the in-spa sales motion.
- New-client demo calls: 1–3 inbound per week. You pick who gets in. We earn on the back end, so there is zero pressure to close a bad fit.
- The line: clients will push to customize. The playbook is the product — you keep them on it, and the founder backs you when you say no.
- Operational improvements, shipped with our in-house AI team (2 full-time developers).
Your scoreboard is one number: each client's monthly revenue from our system. Get them to $40–50K/month.
