What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager at IQnection, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional digital marketing strategies to a variety of clients. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Lead Client Campaigns: Manage multiple accounts and campaigns while staying organized and ensuring clients are thrilled with the results.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with specialists in web design, SEO, PPC, and content creation to bring campaigns to life.
• Client Meetings: Meet with clients regularly to understand their goals, provide insights, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Brainstorm and Innovate: Be a key contributor to internal strategy sessions, offering fresh ideas and creative approaches.
• Content Creation: Support social media, email marketing, and blog content to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s ready to hit the ground running, with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.

• 3+ years of online marketing experience (agency experience is a plus!)
• 1+ year of client-facing account strategy in a digital marketing agency or similar role
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)—you’ll be interacting with clients and team members regularly
• A solid understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profiles, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools like Teamwork or Monday.com to keep budgets and timelines on track
• A basic understanding of SEO – you don’t need to be an expert, but know enough to engage in meaningful conversations
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills—you’ll be evaluating audience needs and crafting effective campaigns
