About Connectrapy

Connectrapy is a growing AI-powered teletherapy platform connecting clients with licensed mental health professionals across 12 U.S. states. We are on a mission to make quality mental health care accessible, affordable, and culturally responsive — starting with underserved communities.

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven contractor to help us grow our client base, expand our therapist network, and strengthen our online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients through community organizations, schools, churches, HR departments, and social media
• Identify and recruit licensed therapists and mental health professionals to join the platform
• Manage and grow Connectrapy’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Send outreach emails and follow up with leads
• Assist with directory listings (Psychology Today, TherapyDen, etc.)
• Support marketing campaigns and content creation

Performance Bonuses

In addition to your hourly base rate, you earn bonuses for results

• $3 per new client (entry tier) who completes their first paid session
• $7 per new client (mid tier) who completes their first paid session
• $12 per new client (top tier) who completes their first paid session
• $15 per licensed therapist successfully onboarded and active on the platform

A motivated contractor can earn an additional $150–$500/month in bonuses on top of their hourly pay.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in mental health, telehealth, or healthcare — clinical background a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Organized, reliable, and responsive

Nice to Have

• Background in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in behavioral health, social work, or counseling
• Existing network in mental health or healthcare communities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)

Hours & Commitment

• Flexible — work when it suits you
• Estimated 5–15 hours per week to start
• Fully remote — no commute, no office
