Earthaus Plaster (pronounced earth-house) makes natural lime plaster finishes, mineral pigments, and plaster systems for natural building. We ship throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our materials have a loyal following among people who think carefully about what goes into their homes, and among the designers, architects, and builders who work with them.

Where we are

We've grown largely through word of mouth. Now we're ready to build on that momentum. You'll be our first dedicated brand and marketing hire, shaping how Earthaus looks and sounds and helping more of the right people discover us.

We're a small company with room to grow. This is an opportunity to get involved while much is still taking shape and make a meaningful contribution to what comes next.

The work

You'll start by getting to know the material, the people who use it, and the brand as it's grown so far. You'll spend time with the founder, ask questions, and develop a sense of what to carry forward and what needs a fresh look.

From there, you'll help set priorities and get to work. Bring the brand together. Make Earthaus easier to discover. Give people who choose our plaster the materials they need to put it into a project, and people who build with it a reason to stay connected.

We want people to be glad they found Earthaus. That means making things worth reading and sharing, being useful to the people who choose and install our plaster, and building relationships that last.

Some of this exists and needs attention. Some you'll build from scratch. You'll work closely with the founder, with more independence and responsibility as you learn.

About you

You've spent a few years doing real brand and marketing work, and you're ready for more responsibility. You want to get to know one business deeply, put your ideas into practice, and see the difference your work makes.

You have an eye. You notice when something is slightly off, and you care enough to fix it. You're skilled with the tools of your craft and happy to learn new ones. You like to get ideas out quickly and improve them as you go. You bring ideas and take initiative, without waiting for someone to write the brief.

You believe good marketing should feel like a favor to the person receiving it. You want your work to stand behind something you believe in. If you also find yourself lingering over beautiful rooms, all the better.

You don't need to know anything about plaster yet. You'll learn. Experience in the trades, interior design, or architecture is a plus.

The details

• Full time, salaried. $55,000–65,000 base to start.
• Bonus opportunities tied to the foundations you build and the sales growth that follows. There's room to earn more as your work helps the business grow. We'll discuss the structure and criteria with finalists.
