This role will combine hunting for new logos along with upselling existing clients. Must be self-guided, use past sales experience and intuition to sell complex websites and digital marketing services to professional vacation rental managers. The successful salesperson will be:* Passionate about the vacation/short-term rental industry * Knowledgeable on territory, state regulations, competitors, and industry challenges * Comfortable with long, complex sales cycle * Able to balance their drive to sell with an emotional maturity to understand the customer’s needs. * Experienced selling features, benefits, and values rather than price

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

* Disciplined in managing data and information to develop and project accurate sales forecasts. * Demonstrated history of successful outcomes with the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, managing objectives and closing the deal. * Ability to cold call in-market and through social media, email, and phone. * Ability to sell and demo complex digital marketing products and services. * Quick, curious learner able to understand the complex needs of professional vacation rental managers including geographic differences in operations. * Demonstrated ability to secur...
